Some of the best wings I've ever had. Crunchy, lots of meat, and amazing homemade bleu cheese dressing!

I went here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and neighbors. I found it just as a typical down home bar. Good to see familiar faces and the pool tables were readily available. The service was decent. Took about average time to be served a drink. I would recommend ricks for a night out but you don't wanna be fancy or just wanna hang

This place is decent, especially their buffalo wings. I love the buffalo parmesean wings, and whenever I am craving wings (which is at least once a week), this is the place I go to for wings and a couple Blue Moon draughts. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because the prices are a bit high and the other food on their menu is just ok. But it's a laid back, friendly place to go for a beer and they have a beach with tables you can sit at which is nice. They also do karaoke and $6 bottomless drinks (just for the ladies) on Tuesday nights and the wait to get up to sing is not long at all. I'd recommend it.

I came here on a wednesday and it was pretty crowded. I ordered the grapefruit crush and it was deliciously refreshing. I also had the crab dip (definaltely would recommend!) and the fish tacos with tater tots.

Most days I'd give an establishment like Reckless Ric's one star, however, I'm not into dive bars, and this is my first time here. That said, the sticky tables, lack of table service and a beautiful beach front closed off for customers to sit at and enjoy is why I give this place two stars. I can only give this place benefit of the doubt, I attempted to give Ric's my money, but the person at the bar only took the order for one member of my party. Overall, if you're a local that likes food prepared in a dirty kitchen that surely is not up to code, than Reckless Ric's is your bar. If drove myself here, I'd have left after finding out we couldn't sit at the beach tables set up. I was ignored twice more when different servers of some sort dropped food off at our table. Now, I'm going to go wash my hands.

We dined on the beach last night, arriving around 7:30/8. We waited a very long time for our server, who was pleasant in her interactions, but wasn't very visible. In response, drinks were ordered WAY ahead so they'd be available by the time they were needed. Our food took forever (we sat at 7:30 and didn't eat until after 9). The kitchen was having a bad night, sending the runner out with plates that were for another table, and then mistaking a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla order for a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Food was meh.. drinks were reasonable (aside from having to pay for bottled water). We were warned that we needed to be off the beach at dusk, but we hadn't received or even ordered our food yet. They were lenient about it with us but they indicated that they needed to keep the neighborhood happy and the liquor board happy too. I get that. We weren't causing a ruckus either. Palm trees are in and the beach is ready to roll for this season.. hope they do well! We travel here by boat most frequently and we'll likely return as the season picks up - just hope the kitchen keeps up!

I went on a rainy Thursday. The place was rather quiet. The back deck looked lovely, I would go back to try that atmosphere. Food and grapfruit crush on point. Overall a great neighborhood place. Very chill.

The service was OK, but again do ppl go for the great views or the food and drinks? I'll go back just for the atmosphere and view but don't expect much on food. I got a pretzel with cheese and cheese was bland.

Inside Reckless Ric's is your typical Glen Burnie, divey, redneck riviera type bar. Dim lights, pool tables, bikers with tattoos, and the obligatory low cut tops and short skirts on the waitresses. But if you just step through the bar and make your way out the back door, you'll see the best part of Reckless Ric's... Grab a cold rum drink or a beer, kick back at one of the many tables scattered around the cozy little palm tree lined beach right on the water, and you could almost imagine yourself being at some little beach bar in the B.V.I... Reckless Ric's has a passable menu, with a little surf, a little turf, and whatever bar appetizers you typically might need to soak up the drinks. They do occasionally have live music, but more often than not, they have a DJ. They also function as a Raven's bar during football season and they throw lots of holiday themed parties including Lingerie and Pajama parties. A word of caution if you plan to arrive here by boat. They have a nice dock and typically even have a dock hand that will help you tie up if you need assistance. But the Furnace Creek waterway where Reckless Ric's is located doesn't have a "no wake zone". So if some local knucklehead decides he wants to speed up and down the waterway with a wake boarder in tow doing 30mph 50 yards away from your boat, prepare for some pretty heavy thrashing against the dock. Go when the weather is good. Ambiance of the outside bar cannot be beat!! You'll be surrounded by Palm trees, sand & water! This is one of my favorite of all time places to go. Don't be discouraged by the view from the front ~ be encouraged to see the view out back. It's beautiful! The BLEU CHEESE DRESSING is out of this World - I always get the salad w/ BC dressing and the Steamed Shrimp (with potatoes and onions). TIFFANY and Kimmy ~~ favorite bartenders and servers but they are all very nice and handle the busy crowd well. The inside has lots of pool tables and it's cool. The outside has a very close view of the water (with pier if you have a boat). The food is always good and very reasonably priced.

AWESOME STAFF!! GREAT FOOD Not really a family place but who cares that's why you go to a bar to get away from the family,,lol But a great place to hang out for a beer and if it is summer bring your boat, bike or jet ski The bar girls are the best in the business!! Great atmosphere!! I can think of one negative except they no longer have live bands

We rode in on a boat and were greeted by a beach full of drinking rednecks. Pretty good stuff. Ordered some Orange Crushes, some beers(draft and bottle) and some food that included sliders and wings. Our server was attentive and we drank and drank. The inside had pool tables, a juke box, and lots of neon blue. The drink specials look amazing, with beer being sold on differant days in the $1.50 to $2 range. Probably wouldnt take my wife out for fancy dinner here but i could stop by for some beer and food with some friends.

Went to Reckless Rics on a sunday night. In the middle of nowhere...Football was on every tv, there was no other music or entertainment to be had. We ordered the nachos, they literally came out as the yellow corn chips ( not even Tostitos!) you find at a supermarket. We waited for 15 minutes to get those stupid chips and the can salsa. What a waste of money! The fries were decent, just good enough to consume. The drinks were not very good, overpriced, too much sour mix. Our Bartender looked like she was not ready for her shift, as she was dressed in spandex shorts and an ill fitting top. To accompany this, she had a knee brace as if she was going to the gym. Either way, it was not a very good experience, Also, definitely, a lack of diversity... so beware.

Well, I probably was the oldest dude in there, but I felt incredibly welcomed, and when me and my gal were pressing lips, nobody told us to "get a room." This was school girl night and wow, were those bartenders hot. Blondie you were the best! The band was Tension, and they rocked. Danced our butts off, had yummy drinks and people were friendly to this Montco dude. Loved the place, will be back but can you move closer to Rockville please? Can't wait to return on a warm eve and sit by the water, and speaking of water, tap would be fine, keep the bottled stuff for someone else.

Interesting place. I'll say some of Glen Burnie's finest were on display. Colorful crowd indeed. This is the last place that I've been too that I've seen a fight break out at 3pm in the afternoon. They do have the waterside location and a huge deck. The drinks are relatively cheap 3 buckets of beer 9 shots of patron an order of wings and nachos for around $100 plus tip, not a bad deal. The wings are really good. Hot is not that hot. Nachos, you could skip. Looking forward to returning in the summer.

Reckless Ric's is owned by the same corporation/firm that owns Cancun Cantina, Cancun Cantina West, Bamboo Bernie's, Barefoot Bernie's, Two Rivers Steak and Fish House, Red Eye's Dock Bar and two randoms: All Stretched Out (limousine service) and Hager Hall Conference Center. With all the money they have accumulated over the years you would think that their establishments/restaurants would be a lot nicer. In fact most of the places mentioned above are rundown and gross with mediocre food, overpriced drinks (based on the surrounding area, awful service and overall appearance) and awful service. I have been here multiple times to eat, drink and soak up the sun. The only reasoning behind me coming here multiple times and regretting it later is due to already being intoxicated. Us girls used to come here for "girls day," strictly because the biker dudes and common rednecks would just pay for everything. Needless to say, we came here because it always turned out free. My recent visit was with a group of friends--all of us with our significant others. We ordered a round of beers which were reasonably priced--cheap and then did a round of shots--ehh not so cheap. The bartender was seriously intoxicated or high. She was slurring and "dancing" everywhere she went--there's nothing wrong with a happy bartender, but a hot mess is quite different. I even realized when I was using the bathroom that a picture of her wearing close to nothing was taped to the bathroom cube's door. Ummm... When I pee I don't want to stare at another woman's chest or other body parts. Anyways...moving on: Beer is beer, shots were shots, food was icky. If you are a wing person then don't expect to be blown away. If you are a crab dip lover don't order it. Just don't. Not impressive, just normal food you can heat up and make at home. The worst of all is the service (not to mention their dress code). If you're a dude the girls literally will bend over backwards for you but if you have boobs consider yourself starved and parched. The incredibly cheesy outside beach area is the best part of this restaurant--mainly the only thing it has going for itself. How they remain open--no idea... Then again like other yelper's reviews have stated "this is not supposed to be an impressive restaurant" and "this is your typical Glen Burnie redneck dive bar." Also, they don't serve water.....last time we had to purchase water bottles. How are they cooking if they can't use water? Yea, stuff cooks out of water...but still this seems like a no no to me.

Only been once, service wasn't good. Waited a long time for food. Did get drinks refreshed and for our wait knocked of 2 drinks on the tab. The food was good. But the view was Awesome! We will try again.

5 stars for the people we met and the servers/bartenders. Not gonna say the food and beer blew me away; this is not supposed to be an impressive restaurant. But you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality and portions are american to say the least. Love the real Palm trees on the fake beach; the perfect amount of of cheesy yet legitimately calming and enjoyable.

Great dive bar with an awesome sunset. Cheap drinks, pool, bikers and laid back atmosphere. I had a great time for my birthday last night and met some really friendly people who pulled up on their boat from Baltimore. A must if you're a dive bar lover!

They have to die for crab dip... seriously the best. Comes with a warm loaf of bread. I had the salad here once and it was pretty good as well. The waitresses dress slutty but they're all very very nice and friendly, and aren't whores at all, in fact, they get pretty catty when the men get over friendly. I like it. During the summer it's so crowded but the outside beach area is the cause of that, its beautiful. You can pull up in your boat and dock, drink, eat, and be on your way. The only complaint is that it's a biker bar. I love bikers, but there are so many of them, i am scared to park in their little parking lot with all those bikes, and they travel in such large groups.

Terrible, even for dive bars. Went for the happy hour specials that included domestic bottles. Got my friend and I a couple of Yuenglings, but was charged full prince because "they're imports". WTF? Needless to say it was the last time I'll step foot in that place. Considering this is owned by the same group that owns Bamboo Bernies and Cancun Cantina, I'm not surprised.

Food was decent, service was HORRIBLE. I mean the worst I've had in years!!!! The bartenders there couldn't save a baby drowning in an empty tub. But like I said, food was good.

We have been going here for many weeks to watch the game. They are great about giving you a tv for your game, even if it's not the Ravens! The beers are cheap, though the mixed drinks are way over priced. (6.50 for a plastic cup of their version of an orange crush--but the Natty Boh is less than 2 bucks a draft.) The shrimp toast and wings are great, especially for bar food. Though service is very spotty-- very inconsistent. Which is where their problem lies. On our last visit: we had been there for several hours spending quite a bit if money, we asked for 2 waters. And were told we'd have to pay for them--which is something we had not had to do any other time we'd been there. We then asked for just tap water, only to be told that they think their tap water isn't good enough to serve (so how are you cooking our food?). Instead of their 'undrinkable' tap water, they have these bottles of water with the bar name on it that they make you purchase. We asked to speak to the manager and he explained all this as nice as could be, but seriously what bar charges for water!!! On this idiotic policy alone and the hard time they gave us, we'll find somewhere else to watch the game and spend our money. We will however miss boating over to a bar on game day! So all in all a good dive bar for watching the game, but we wary of the water scam.

I don't know why, but I love this place. Live music on the weekends - check TVs - check Pool tables - check Boobalicious barmaids - check Keeno - check Fun atmosphere - check Tiki Bar and boat pullup - check and check Cheap Beer - check Interesting cast of characters - check Downside is parking...there's not much and be careful if you park in the neighborhood not to park in a "no Parking zone" because you WILL get a ticket. (experience talking) Also, check your tab. We've learned over time to pay cash as we go because we've been overcharged on our tab too many times. Wed night is shot night, Thursday night is ladies night...they have other specials but really those are the only two I care about. Now onto the food...who would have thought that this place would have such great food? Really...the mini-burgers are awesome, as is the crab dip, and yes...the steak. I've eaten many of the items on the menu and they are reasonable priced, good portions and very tasty. It's definitely worth checking out...don't let the bikers scare you! :)
